This class is designed to help "wake up",

make you feel more energized being wide

awake and full of life.  The poses will help

get your body moving, blood flowing and

clear your mind so you can conquer the day

feeling renewed and refreshed.

ALL ABOUT ME YOGA                                                                     12-1pm

This class is all about YOU, doesnt

matter if you are curvy,skinny, tall, bald,

pleasantly plump, blonde, pink or

purple hair, or. You come as YOU

are and just be YOU.  With that being said, 

this is for ALL BODY TYPES.

No matter what your experience is in yoga,

we will be forming a union and everyone

will be learning and growing together JUST

AS YOU ARE!

AHHHHHH I FEEL RELAXED YOGA (RESTORATIVE)                    6-7PM

                                                                                                             

This class is more of a calm style of yoga that

does not require any effort.  It helps you move

your body in a more meditative way and go into a

much deeper pose to access various joints and areas

of the body rather than focusing on the muscles. You 

will achieve the feeling of less tension, more relaxed, 

tranquility and peace and sensation of healing your body.

This is a GREAT way for ending a stressful day and help

you get better sleep

**** Do not eat anything heavy  at least 3-4 hours before doing yoga!  If you must, eat something extremely light like yogurt or a small piece of fruit.  Bring your favorite drink in a cup with lid or try our special fruit flavored water provided for you at this studio*****
